Jonesing4 JAVA was born from a simple, uncompromising belief: great coffee starts long before the first sip. Founded in St. Louis, MO, we set out to bridge the gap between the world's finest coffee-growing regions and the cup in your hands — with nothing lost in between.
What began as a passion for bold, honest flavor has grown into a brand rooted in craft, care, and community. Every decision we make — from the farms we partner with to the barrels we source — is guided by one question: does this make the coffee better?
Farm to Cup: Our Sourcing Philosophy
We partner directly with growers around the world — from the highlands of Ethiopia and Colombia to the volcanic slopes of Guatemala — selecting only beans that meet our exacting standards for flavor, sustainability, and ethical practice.
Responsible sourcing isn't a marketing phrase for us. It means fair relationships with the farmers who grow our beans, transparent supply chains, and a commitment to practices that protect both the land and the communities that depend on it.

The Barrel-Aging Process
Our barrel-aged coffees are where craft meets obsession. We take our finest green beans and rest them inside retired Bourbon and Whiskey barrels, allowing the wood and residual spirits to slowly infuse the beans over weeks of careful aging.
The result is a coffee unlike anything else — layers of vanilla, caramel, and oak woven into the natural depth of the bean. No artificial flavoring. No shortcuts. Just time, wood, and exceptional coffee doing what they do best together.
Our Bourbon Barrel Aged and Whiskey Barrel Aged blends are produced in small batches, ensuring every roast maintains the character and complexity that defines them.
