We want you to love your Jonesing4Java order. Since everything we sell is made fresh just for you, our return policy depends on what you ordered. Here’s the breakdown 👇

☕ Coffee (Fresh-Roasted to Order)

Our coffee is roasted fresh and shipped straight to you, which means…

🚫 No Returns on Coffee 

Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on coffee orders. This includes:

  • Opened or unopened bags 

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Taste or flavor preferences (we know—coffee is personal!)

👍 When We Will Make It Right

If something goes wrong on our end, we’ve got you.

Reach out within 7 days of delivery if your coffee arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing

  • Lost or severely delayed in shipping

Send us your order number, a quick explanation, and photos if there’s damage. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement or a refund—your choice.

👕 Apparel & Merch 

All apparel and merch are printed on demand, meaning each item is created when you order it.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size (please double-check size charts!)

  • Change of mind

  • Color or print variations that are normal with custom printing

👍 Replacements for Issues

If your item shows up:

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it for free or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

📦 Shipping Stuff 

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, we can’t be responsible for stolen packages.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct—orders returned due to address errors may require a reshipping fee.

  • If something looks off, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Banks usually take 5–10 business days to process them.
